1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and VPBet ("the Platform", "us", "we") governing your access to and use of the VPBet website, mobile applications, and all services offered through them. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of VPBet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use VPBet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of your membership:

• You must not already hold an active account with VPBet. Each person is entitled to one VPBet account only. Multiple accounts created by the same individual may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You must not be self-excluded from VPBet or from online gaming generally at the time of registration.

VPBet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership. This may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Your Account

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VPBet login credentials, including your username and password. VPBet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. All activity carried out through your VPBet account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. VPBet cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account Currency

All VPBet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applicable to your VPBet account transactions.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your VPBet account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to you via your most recently used withdrawal method. VPBet may also close an account where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that these Terms have been violated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

VPBet accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your VPBet account within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers are credited on the same business day. Card deposits process instantly for most Pakistani banks.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. VPBet reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or numbers registered in the name matching your VPBet account registration.

Withdrawal processing times on VPBet are as follows for standard members: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 2–4 hours; bank IBFT within the same business day; cards within 1–3 business days. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

VPBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the relevant VPBet promotion page. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply across all VPBet promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount applies.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on VPBet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within each section of the VPBet platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules and accept the odds offered at the time your bet is confirmed.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by VPBet, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled by the member after confirmation except where VPBet offers a specific "cash out" or "bet edit" feature for the relevant market, subject to the conditions applicable to those features.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each betting market and game on VPBet. These limits may vary by game type, event, or member VIP tier. VPBet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and without prior notice.

Errors and System Faults

In the event of an obvious error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations on VPBet — including but not limited to software errors, pricing errors, or human input errors — VPBet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members. Members should not exploit obvious errors in their favour. Where VPBet determines that a member has knowingly taken advantage of an obvious error, the affected bets may be voided and the member's account reviewed.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting on VPBet is subject to the same general rules as pre-match betting, with additional conditions specific to live markets. 7. VIP Club

VPBet's VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite — that rewards members for regular activity on the platform. Tier Evaluation

VIP tier status is evaluated on a rolling 30-day basis. Members who maintain the required deposit and wagering activity within a 30-day period retain their tier. A one-month grace period applies before any downgrade takes effect. Members will be notified of any pending tier change in advance.

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the VPBet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and design elements — is the property of VPBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the VPBet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from VPBet without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of VPBet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VPBet's total liability to any member for any single claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of VPBet's services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits VPBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data
